At Guided Care, our person-centred approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that every person has the innate capacity to overcome challenges, heal, and find their own way forward.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, navigating anxiety, or going through a difficult period in your life, we help you connect with your own inner resources. It's not about giving advice or diagnosis—it's about helping you make sense of your emotions and experiences, at your pace, in your own way.

Sessions are one-on-one guided conversations with Ali Husayn, whose role is to facilitate a calm, empathetic interaction where you can speak freely—without judgment and in full confidence.
Rather than directing or instructing, Ali supports you as you explore your feelings, values, and challenges—encouraging self-awareness, self-direction, and personal growth.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, and your comfort comes first. We offer sessions online, in person at our central London office, or through home visits.
